BACKGROUND

During the past 20 years I have been working with companies on their development and transformation journeys in various executive roles within Business and IT.

My passion is to support organisations to understand how everything fits together and how strategies and transformation journey impacts the digital landscape and what needs to be done to support the future.

It´s essential for me to understand the business needs and the business strategy and where the organisation is headed so that we together can provide the best possible digital deliveries and strategies.

During my career I have worked with carve outs, mergers and joint ventures and have been in charge for operational and organisational transformations in global organisations. In many companies I have together with the business worked on new business models and value propositions that has driven the need to change the IT landscape for the future. This has been very interesting and I learned a lot during these challenging times both as a leader and as an digital professional.

My background as a leader goes back more than 15 years and I have been through a lot positive and challenging times over the years which has developed me and given me a lot of insights.
